Once a Commission is placed, production begins immediately, and No Refunds or Cancellations are Permitted.

Our Quality Commitment:

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to your legacy. If there is a technical error with your digital delivery or if your physical Prestige Collection plaque arrives damaged, Moment To Music Inc. will provide a 100% replacement or correction at no additional cost to you.
